About this talk

Jen Campbell: Growing up in the heart of the Waikato on a dry stock farm Jen has been working with LIC for almost 12 years. In that time she has enjoyed a number of roles within the business, supporting growth and development of employees along with delivering training and education to customers. With a Post Graduate Diploma in Management and a strong emphasis on strategy, Jen is passionate about the future of LIC and focused on the sustainability of our business.

Jessie Bedford: Jessie grew up on dairy farms across Taranaki, learning to use MINDA at a young age. She gained an interest in technology and moved to the Waikato to study Computer Programming and Business Management, graduating with a Honours Degree in Electronic Commerce. Wanting to put her love of farming and technology to good use, Jessie knew LIC would be where she could do that. She has now been at LIC for 8 years across various roles, but always passionate about helping farmers achieve their goals with MINDA.

LIC is a farmer-owned agritech and herd improvement co-operative that provides a range of services and solutions to improve the productivity and prosperity of farmers. This includes dairy genetics, information technology, herd testing, DNA parentage verification and farm advisory services. For more information visit the LIC website
